The regional beta stress tests (basically a test with which Capcom uses to see if the Street Fighter 5 beta servers work as intended) have been successful for the European and Asia region. The stress test for “The Americas” is still underway but already Capcom is confident enough to move ahead and released information on the worldwide SFV Beta.
Dates and times
As promised Capcom announced the dates and time for the five day long Street Fighter V beta on PS4
Combofiend details it as such on the Capcom Unity blog:
The worldwide beta test will begin on August 28th at 4pm PST (August 29th 12:00am BST/ 8:00am JST), and will continue for five days and end on September 2nd at 7am PST (3:00pm BST/11:00pm JST). Outside of the servers being shut down for periodic maintenance, we expect everything to run continuously throughout the entire five day beta period.
